Membership Class::
Are you new to Light of the World and interested in becoming a memeber of our church? Then come attend our memebership class! In this class you'll learn about the vision of our church and the heart of our Pastors, taught by Assistant Pastor Francis Newell. After the class, Pastors Greg and Debbie will join us for a light lunch. Childcare is provided for infants and children through 6th grade. There is no charge for lunch or childcare; however, pre-registration is required.
Sunday, January 23 Pastor preached an anointed message about the church being hooked up in one accord through prayer. Hundreds of members commited to one Sunday a month to give themselves to prayer. We meet in the Zone on Sundays at 9:15 to pray for the upcoming service including our Pastor, the worship team, the children's ministry and ministry of helps.
Spectrum Youth Ski Trip:: March 21 - March 24
The Spectrum youth always have a blast on the annual ski trip to Colorado! This year we're going to Copper Mountain Ski Resort. The costs are: Non-Skier: $223, 1 Day Skier: $322, 2 Day Skier: $421. Information packets are available at the Spectrum Info Center.
Sunday Morning Fellowship:: Sundays, 9:30 am
Join us Sunday mornings in the Courtyard for coffee, juice and donuts. The inviting atmosphere of the Courtyard provides a great place to catch up with friends and acquaintances, meet someone new or just relax with family before service. Come mingle and make friendships that last a lifetime!
The Summit Breakfast & Hang Out: Sundays, 9:30 am, Summit Room
If you're 18-30 come join the rest of the young adults for breakfast before every Sunday morning service! We'll hang out in the young adult's newly remodeled Summit Room next to the gym.
Men's Basketball:: Tuesdays, 7 pm
Men of all ages are welcome to come out to play basketball in the gym. Please sign up at the Info Center Sunday before each game.
